Invisible training
We all know that athletes lifestyle, habits, and routines are usually reflected in their sports performance. The high-performance routines require athletes to have discipline, physical effort, concentration, emotional effort and psychological self-control among others. It is crucial for me to comprehend the significance of invisible training. Integrate healthy habits into routines can enhance career quality and extend the sporting life of athletes.

Regeneration in canoeing
Athlete fatigue and the problem of continuing training occurs when not enough attention is paid to recovery. It is recovery that aims to keep an athlete able to withstand the demands of training within a sport. The greatest danger is when young athletes are overly dedicated to training but not to recovery, and do not assign much importance to the regeneration of their bodies. If a young athlete wants to break into the world of elite sport where little things make all the difference it is necessary for them to accept the fact that in top sport, athletes who cannot regenerate effectively and take care of their body thoughtfully will not stand.

Interview with Jakub Chomát
- On what physiological principle does regeneration by the hardening method work - how does cold water affect the rate of regeneration processes?
The basis is that we train vasoconstriction vasodilation, or we train the whole vascular system to be more efficient. By doing so, we also optimize the function of the cardiovascular system. We strengthen the vascular structures that open and close the heart.
